Post-training carbohydrate and amino acid formula — 50 g serving with isomaltulose, leucine, creatine and electrolytes.
What it is
A proper post-training shake rather than another protein powder. Each 50 g serving gives 18 g of Palatinose™ isomaltulose and 14 g of maltodextrin for carbohydrate, plus 1.78 g of leucine, 1 g of creatine malate, 2 g of CocoMineral® coconut water extract, 1 g of Sabeet® beetroot extract and 1 g of Himalayan salt.
The isomaltulose is the interesting bit — it’s a slower-releasing carbohydrate than straight maltodextrin, so you get a less abrupt spike.
Use it when you’ve trained hard and you’ve got another session coming before you’ll eat properly. If you train three times a week and eat a decent meal afterwards, you don’t need this — save your money.
How to use it
Dissolve one 50 g serving (2 scoops) in 300 ml of water. Take after training. Do not exceed 1 serving per day. For physically active people over 18. Contains sugars and sweeteners.
