Delivery

Orders are posted by Royal Mail. Most land within 2–3 working days of dispatch. Delivery is £3.95 [confirm rate with Marek — and the free-delivery threshold if one is set].

You’ll get a text from 07853 059192 when your order is on the move. If anything looks delayed, text back — you’re dealing with one person, not a ticket queue.

Returns

Changed your mind? Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have 14 days from delivery to tell me you want to cancel, and another 14 days to send the goods back. Text me first on 07853 059192 and we’ll sort it — you’ll get a refund within 14 days of the goods coming back.

One honest limitation: food supplements are sealed for hygiene reasons. If a seal is broken, I can’t take the product back — that’s the law on sealed consumable goods, not me being awkward.

Something wrong with the product itself — damaged, wrong item, out of date? That’s on me. Text a photo and I’ll replace it or refund you, including postage.
