Olimp Citrulline Malate
Citrulline malate powder — 8.1 g per serving with added vitamin B6. Unflavoured.
What it is
A single-ingredient pump product. One 9 g serving gives 8.1 g of citrulline malate (4.6 g of L-citrulline) plus 2.46 mg of vitamin B6.
Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Citrulline itself has no authorised health claim in the UK, so I’ll describe it plainly: it’s one of the most commonly used pre-workout ingredients among people chasing a pump, and this is a large, honest dose of it rather than the token 500 mg you’ll find hidden in a proprietary blend. Buy it if you want to add citrulline to your own stack without paying for a full pre-workout.
How to use it
Take 1 serving daily, around 30 minutes before training. Mix one serving (9 g of powder = 3 scoops) into 300 ml of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
