What it is
Creapure® is creatine monohydrate made by AlzChem in Germany, and it’s the raw material most independent labs benchmark against. It’s produced to a tighter purity spec than commodity creatine, with lower levels of the by-products (dicyandiamide, dihydrotriazine) that can show up in cheaper sources.
Functionally it’s still creatine monohydrate: one 3.4 g serving gives 3 g of creatine, and creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise.
You’re paying £10 more than the standard 550 g tub for the sourcing and the paperwork. Whether that’s worth it is your call — I stock both and I’m happy to tell you the standard one works fine.
How to use it
Take 3.4 g of powder (1½ scoops) daily during training. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not suitable for children or adolescents. A gain in body weight may occur.
