Olimp Whey Protein Complex 100%
Whey concentrate and isolate blend — 26 g of protein per 35 g serving, 20 flavours to choose from.
What it is
Olimp’s everyday whey: a blend of ultrafiltered whey protein concentrate and WPI-CFM® isolate, at 75% protein by weight.
One 35 g scoop gives you 26 g of protein. Protein contributes to a growth in muscle mass and to the maintenance of muscle mass, and it contributes to the maintenance of normal bones.
The flavour range is genuinely the best part — nearly twenty of them, from double chocolate and salted caramel to apple pie and lemon cake. The 700 g tub is the right size to try a flavour before you commit to a 2.27 kg one.
How to use it
Take 1–3 servings a day — before breakfast, between meals, after training or before bed. Dissolve one serving (35 g of powder = 1 scoop) in 150 ml of water and shake for at least 10 seconds. Drink straight after mixing. Use 100–200 ml of water to adjust the taste to your preference.
