SFD Nutrition Glucosamine 1200
Glucosamine sulphate 2KCl — 600 mg of glucosamine per two-tablet serving, 180 tablets.
What it is
Glucosamine sulphate 2KCl, at 1020 mg per two-tablet serving, giving 600 mg of glucosamine. 180 tablets, so 45 days at the full four-tablet daily dose.
At £8 it’s the cheapest thing in the range, and it’s popular with lifters and runners carrying a bit of wear in the knees.
I have to be straight with you: glucosamine’s joint health claims were assessed under EU law and rejected, so I can’t legally tell you it does anything for your joints, and I won’t pretend otherwise. What I can tell you is what’s in it and what it costs. Make your own call.
