What it is
Functionally the same product as Olimp’s Gold-Vit D3+K2: 50 µg (2000 IU) of vitamin D and 100 µg of vitamin K per capsule, 60 capsules.
Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and normal muscle function, and to the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin K contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and to normal blood clotting.
It’s £8 against Olimp’s £10 for an equivalent dose. I stock both because some people prefer to stay with one brand across their whole stack. If you don’t care about that, take the cheaper one.
How to use it
Take 1 capsule daily with a meal, with water. Intended for healthy adults up to 75 years of age. Do not take if you are on anticoagulant medication containing vitamin K antagonists.
