What it is
The same KSM-66® branded extract as the Olimp version, at a lower 200 mg per tablet, with 1.1 mg of BioPerine® black pepper extract added.
100 tablets at one a day is over three months’ supply, which is why it’s £15 against Olimp’s £8 for 60 capsules — work out the cost per day rather than the sticker price and it’s the better-value option.
As with all botanicals, there are no authorised UK health claims for ashwagandha, so I’m not going to tell you what it’ll do. The lower per-tablet dose here suits people who want a smaller daily amount than the Olimp product’s 600 mg.
How to use it
Take one serving (1 tablet) once a day with water. Do not exceed 1 serving per day. For adults over 18.
