High-strength B-complex in methylated forms — 100 capsules, one a day.
What it is
A full-spectrum B vitamin capsule using methylated forms — calcium L-methylfolate rather than folic acid, methylcobalamin rather than cyanocobalamin — which some people absorb more readily.
Each capsule carries 50 mg each of thiamine, niacin, pantothenic acid, choline, inositol and PABA, 40 mg of riboflavin, 6 mg of vitamin B6, 520 µg of methylfolate, 500 µg of biotin and 100 µg of B12.
Thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, B6 and B12 all contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, B6, B12 and folate contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. B6, B12 and folate contribute to normal psychological function.
These are high doses. One a day is plenty.
How to use it
Take 1 capsule daily, preferably in the morning, with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. For adults over 18.
