LOCO Race & Endurance
Endurance-focused pre-workout — BCAAs, beta-alanine, coconut water extract and carnitine, 7 g per serving.
What it is
The LOCO product aimed at longer efforts — running, cycling, rowing, conditioning work — rather than heavy lifting.
Each 7 g serving carries 1.2 g of BCAAs, 800 mg of beta-alanine, 750 mg of taurine, 700 mg of CocoMineral® coconut water extract, 500 mg of L-carnitine tartrate and 400 mg of arginine, with Palatinose™ isomaltulose and maltodextrin for carbohydrate.
Unlike the other two LOCO products this one is built around sustained work rather than a stimulant hit. You can take up to three servings a day, which makes it usable for longer sessions where you’d top up part way through.
How to use it
Dissolve one 7 g serving (½ scoop) in 100 ml of water. Take before training. Take 1–3 servings daily; do not exceed 3 servings per day.
