Olimp ZMA®
Zinc, magnesium and vitamin B6 — the classic ZMA combination, 120 capsules.
What it is
ZMA is zinc, magnesium and vitamin B6, taken before bed. A three-capsule serving gives 30 mg of zinc, 450 mg of magnesium and 10.5 mg of B6.
Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood, to normal protein synthesis and to the normal function of the immune system. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function, to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal protein synthesis. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism and to the regulation of hormonal activity.
Note the testosterone claim is about maintaining normal levels — zinc doesn’t raise testosterone above normal, and anyone selling it on that basis is lying to you.
How to use it
Men: 3 capsules daily. Women: 2 capsules daily. Take 30–60 minutes before bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
